Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your class will not preserve your class credit. If you would like to transfer your credit please reschedule instead. You can do this by creating an account and rescheduling before your existing booking occurs. If you would like a refund instead please email thepuzzleboxdancestudio@gmail.com before the day of class. We are unable to process same day refunds but will provide a class credit instead. *Please note that this policy does not apply to recital packages. Recital packages are a fixed amount despite partial attendance.
