Puzzle Box Children's Annual Recital 2023-2024

About the Recital:

We are excited to announce that our annual children's recital is just around the corner and we would like to invite you to join us for an afternoon of wonderful performances by our young and talented dancers. The recital will take place on May 4, 2024, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, at Lincoln Park High School - Auditorium, located at 2001 N. Orchard St, Chicago IL 60614. Please have all performing dancers arrive by 1:30pm so they can settle in and get ready for the performance.

Our young dancers have been working hard all year to prepare for this special event, and we are confident that they will impress you with their skills, creativity, and passion for dance. You can expect to see a number of hip-hop pieces performed by our students of different ages and levels. We believe that the arts are an essential part of children's education and development, and we are proud to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our students to explore their creativity and express themselves through dance. We also want to thank you for supporting our dance school and our students throughout the years.

Tickets for the recital are now available for purchase online through our website here. The price per ticket is $25, and children under the age of five can enter for free. There currently is no limit on the number of guests as we are in a much bigger venue this year! That being said, we still encourage you to buy your tickets early as they will sell fast!

Parking & Entering the School:

There is a free onsite parking lot that will be first come first serve. The nearest main cross streets are Armitage & Halsted, and there is free and paid street parking in the area.

There will be a table set-up for check-in. Parents and guests will be able to enter directly through the auditorium doors, “Door 4” in the main school building. There will also be an area inside for costume changes, but we recommend coming in full hair and make-up if desired.

1:45pm Doors open

2:00 PM Recital begins (show order to be announced, with special guest emcee Sonya Bunge!)

~3:00 PM 15 minute intermission

4:00 PM Projected end
